  St. Monica’s College, Epping, formerly known as St. Peter’s High School, has been a cornerstone of Catholic secondary education in Melbourne’s northern suburbs since its establishment in 1964. The college's journey as an Epping secondary school began with a group of Form 1 female students attached to St. Peter’s Primary School. In 1966, Archbishop Justin Simonds officially named the college St. Monica’s, and its doors opened in 1967. Transition to Co-Education and Expansion In 1978, St. Monica’s College, Epping, made the significant transition to co-education, emphasizing its commitment to providing quality education to both male and female students. To accommodate its growing student population, the college opened a second junior secondary campus in the same year. As one of the prominent Epping high schools and a Catholic co-educational secondary school (Years 7-12), we proudly serve the priority parish of Reservoir North and other parishes in Epping, Thomastown West, Lalor, Mill Park, Reservoir, East Reservoir, and East Preston.
